This product is real disappointment! I start to realize that Harman Kardon either left this device without any support or all their products are bull shit... BTW this is my second huge disappointment at Harman. Few years ago I bought 5 pieces of their HK Invoke speakers for my house, which allegedly works with MS Cortana. But recently I have read that MS stops its Cortana support on this devices and they stupidly wont action starting from 2021... Man, this is real bull shit and the most ridiculous news on IT that I have ever met... People bought tonnes of this units in the world, but now Harman Kardon puts the shit on its products and to all customers who paid for Invoke speakers. And imagine this, all those speakers wont be able to be smart speakers any more, none of them. That is a disaster for company, man... And now, their Allure speaker wont connect and start Alexa, this is the worst fact for any speaker company dude... Never ever I will buy or recommend any Harman product...
