Another amazing job! You're right the color shift effect is very subtle but it does give it an interesting look. You did a beautiful job on the paint and you made the car look better than the original MB design IMHO.
I can see a little change in the color but either way this is a vast improvement over what you started with. I like the model and I think you did a great job of restoring it.
Cool I did look but couldn't see any online. Its a major bummer on a lot of the Kings, they have the colored windscreens otherwise they would be like scale models nearly.
@@DannysDiecastDisasters I have one with clear windows, but I still have too restore it.... Maybe I can post a picture here.... Otherwise check out the repro parts sellers..... Who knows!!!! 😉
nice restoration but I would call it more lucozaide orange rather than metallic red the wheels would have more definition if the inserts were painted black and molotow liquid chrome was used its the best.
Nice detailing! I wondered if it’s possible to touch in the line at the bottom of the side windows in black as I think it would balance the profile better. Still looks fab though.
Danny, you have so much talent and do such nice work. In most areas you are so creative. One thing I’ve noticed is that in almost all your videos you finish all the bases the same; matte black, silver weathering powder, and a clear coat. Maybe add or subtract some creativity on the bases?
@@DannysDiecastDisasters Wow! You're really dedicated to your channel, aren't you? Always,an almost immediate reply. Thnx. Hey Danny, nice job as usual, but this guy, Would’ve been an excellent candidate for some serious customization. I know you don’t like messing with that stuff, But I like to have seen side body kit and rear diffuser, and a new spoiler on the back it would’ve been really sharp. And of course new tires and rims but it is nice and a nice color. 👍🏿😺
Top job as always Danny! The colour change paint is kind of underwhelming under artificial light, maybe it needs a highly metallic/reflective base coat to bring out the colour change effect a bit more. Not sure just thinking out loud here really.
Yeah I'm trying to work out what sets it off the best. They don't have much info about it on the site, just say to play round and use a thin layer over other colors. If you put too much on it goes too white. I figured the opposite green and red would stand out more. Its does chhnage a bit more in the sunlight but still not like 'wow' yet.
I love the orange with the green windscreen. But why paint the dragchute orange ? I would have given it a different color just to stand out as a detail. Never the less great work as allways.
Great job. However, not a lover of that colour. You were up against it with green windows. So as an idea go green flake on the paint next time. Also with the fresh chrome paint at the back, paint the parachute orange, but leave the retaining straps in chrome, not black. Having said all that, what an excellent modeller you are.
Didnt se any og the collour change, but like the way it looks. In my oppinion you should paint the parachoote in black with red kross on it,it kinda dissapeared with the red paint on the car.
Nice restoration, the color looks awesome. But what kind of a car is this. Dragster don't have normal streetcar interieurs, head- and turnlight/indicators, strettcars don't have parachutes on their tail. an they have door to get inside. So what is this?
That colour looks excellent Danny, not too sure about the "colour-changing qualities" but, as a metallic, it's really unusual and eye-catching. Not the nicest-shaped Mustang ever made, or is that just me? All the Best, Dougie.
no suspension = no bounce . that is why I like hot wheels first gen I have a usa custom cougar in lime and a hk custom thunderbird in gold and a hk dodge deora in lime _ not many but I had to pay $ for them not like the 100s I stole in the redline days

At least you didn't put Real Riders on it! Seems every motherfucker doing customs slaps Real Riders on every custom. Real Riders are tired and played out.
Really lovely paintjob with moderate washes & powders. The green windows look cool. A real beauty.
The paint is just wonderful. I love the orange and the flake. Good stuff.
Love how the front of the car came alive, nice detailing.
Fantastic paint effect. Really great effect. The details give a neat finished look. Thanks.
Best looking older Mustang in the stable. Great job Danny !! Like yhat metallic paint !! Great detail ...
Really fine job on this. Paint’s beautiful.
Much better than before. Maybe a color that matches green though...
Personally, I think it looks fantastic 👍
One hell of a paint job, very crisp. Love it.

Nice restoration, I like how the black wash brings out the details.

nice paint job looks good
Beautiful
great job on the Mustang
Very nice paint job. Never understood this mustang. It was stretched like a funny car, but it was built like a street car with sidepipes.
Very very nice. I would drive that
I can see a little change in the color but either way this is a vast improvement over what you started with. I like the model and I think you did a great job of restoring it.
Excellent job Danny!
Really sweet
That's a very handsome looking drag car😎😎😎
I love these speed-kings castings. This came out cool! And yeah, the colored windshields suck lol

Very cool. I watch a few channels where they modify real cars and it would be cool if they were inspired by your design 🔥
Wow really really really cool 🚗 and video Wow really really really cool
Nice paint and details on this! Kinda liked the original color, but the final choice is strong. 🙂
Well done my friend I love how you did it and don't worry about the paint the pain that turned out fantastic as always bye
Nice work Danny!!!!!! There are some models with clear windows but they are pretty rare...... 😉

It's a shame that real Mustang II's never looked that good!

The silver weathering powder on the chassis, what keeps it from rubbing off onto the hands of anybody that touches it?
I clear coat it afterwards.

Should have black-washed the hubcaps to give them a bit of depth.
Very nice (though the wheels are a bit odd)

Hate the colour....it looks like salmon and with the orange parachute it is an awful combination.
Good job Danny. I quite like the paint finish too.
