There's no reason she couldn't wave from a balcony to prove to people she's ok for crying out loud. If she's bald from chemo, so what? Put on a wig it's not a big deal. This has been going on way too long, and why resort to using AI and body doubles? Are they taking so long bc she's gone and they're preparing/training a body double, or bc they just don't know what to do? What is going on?

May be she had some cosmetic surgery which has gone wrong. Just may be.
If Katherine's diagnosis is a lot more grim than has been made public, it is HER decision as to how SHE wants to handle it. Her "title" doesn't matter now, what matters is her FAMILY. When my husband received a cancer diagnosis at about the same age as Katherine, we had a one year old. I knew it was terminal, he knew it was terminal, and we made the best of the time we had left, since that was all we could do. The surviving spouse goes through the motions in an out-of-body sort of way, as a survival mechanism. This family is living a nightmare.

@@Smilingdice456 if that is the way you want to construe it, thats for you to decide. We are all material girls, if we have the means to do so. We all like to look good, its a very down to earth & natural & truthful feeling.
But she has the means and support staff to have all of that done for her; makeup artists, hair stylist, person shoppers. She previous said in her video she does not have cancer and doing preventative treatments. So now she has cancer? If she does why isn't she being an advocate and role model for other womem with the same cancer? She is gone. Either she is unalive, or in very bad disfigured mentally physically or she is missing/hiding which all goes full circle to the DV in her relationship with William.
