The transmission won't let you go into park while you are driving so nothing to worry if you make a mistake. I have a 2012 ML and once you drive for a bit you actually appreciate that stock as it frees up the entire centre console.

you can set the height of the tailgate by manually bringing it your preferred height then pressing and holding the close button

I hace the non sport versión of the 2020 GLE450 which is the same vehicle except for minor trim details like non-Body colored wheel arches and bottom trim as well as different grille and smaller wheels. Because my wheels are smaller I don’t have a problem with rough noise road or imperfections damaging the ride quality.

Camera guy James should have just placed his leg underneath the rear bumper and the trunk would have closed on it's own. (You can also adjust how high the door opens)

Unfortunately those wheels don’t match the car, first they sit too deep inside the wheel well and second don’t match the design of the car. The turbines look a lot better.
