Most of Government officers act mechanically in this type of matter, unless the candidate have strong influencing background. The court should take exemplary action against the officer or the department who acted mechanically without going case to case difference. I agree getting through courts' process is hurricane task that involves huge expenditure and time consuming.
I got selected in ssc CGL 2022 and 4 months from final list and I'm about to get posted yet I'm still not going to my Village. I'm staying in my rental room in local city only few kilometres away from home but I don't trust anyone in my Village.😂😂
First offence should be Pardoned for govt servant because whole family suffers after termination of an employee. He should be allowed in service after giving warning because man is greedy by nature and for small offence his career should not be spoiled We see Minister continue in service even with gratest offence.

If there is any FIR registered against you, it doesn't mean that you will be disqualified from any govt.job....the condition is the you will have to give all the factual information to the employer before joining.....and if you got convicted by any court of law in any cognisable offence, then you will be dismissed from service.

Bhai SHO in local police station verification karta hai tab nature of case ko dekhta hai . Agar aapke against koi adverse entry nahi hai station mein then aapko jyada tar matter mein eligible verify kar deta hai. Haan agar aapke FIR se name nahi remove hua kyonki case district court mein chala gaya tab aapko job satyapan letter fill karte waqt “yes” mark karna otherwise agar name FIR mein lodge nahi hua toh koi issue nahi. Aapke case mein nature of case different hai, and also vested interests the logon ke.

If there is any FIR registered against you, it doesn't mean that you will be disqualified from any govt.job....the condition is the you will have to give all the factual information to the employer before joining.....and if you got convicted by any court of law in any cognisable offence, then you will be dismissed from service.

Bhai SHO in local police station verification karta hai tab nature of case ko dekhta hai . Agar aapke against koi adverse entry nahi hai station mein then aapko jyada tar matter mein eligible verify kar deta hai. Haan agar aapke FIR se name nahi remove hua kyonki case district court mein chala gaya tab aapko job satyapan letter fill karte waqt “yes” mark karna otherwise agar name FIR mein lodge nahi hua toh koi issue nahi. Aapke case mein nature of case different hai, and also vested interests the logon ke.

Otherwise jab intial supervision mein police station ko tum nirdosh Lage toh vo remove kar dete hain name ko ki student hai . Uss situation mein koi data nhi kisi case se related tumhara nhi store Kiya jata hai.
