Cheer up bro. I am 28 dropped out of Engineering college, got into another graduation then completed my degree just recently 2019 after so many rough phases of life. Fell short of 3 marks in SSC 2018 prelims . Yet life teaches us lots but never give up. You can do it. Don't feel low. Thank you for the relevant info.

I got my provisional certificate from college But haven't got actual degree certificate(will be given in first week of November).is it like I'm not eligible?????

Cheer up bro. I am 28 dropped out of Engineering college, got into another graduation then completed my degree just recently 2019 after so many rough phases of life. Fell short of 3 marks in SSC 2018 prelims . Yet life teaches us lots but never give up. You can do it. Don't feel low.
