Drink as you eat cause for those of us watching our weight, it makes you feel fuller faster and you don’t eat as much. That’s one of the reasons they tell you to drink a lot of water. Helps you to feel less hungry. Also, love the new chair. Can’t wait for the Carols Daughter video.
