If you haven't had the pleasure of playing a Mancke headjoint, make sure you make the time. You won't believe the craftsmanship, his headjoints are finished to such an exquisite level, they look like a gorgeous piece of jewelry. But how they respond and sound will knock you out for sure. Hands down among the best, right up there with "Original JR Lafin" heads. I will own a Mancke someday too, probably one of their wooden ones.

Just recently purchased a coco wood HJ with gold riser and silver tenon. I basically bought myself a new flute. Can’t tell you how happy I’m with it. The sound is beautiful and the color one can get from it so different from pure silver HJ. Their HJ is so responsive, beautiful craftsman. I really can’t complaint. I’m just afraid regarding maintaining it. Not sure how, never owned anything wood besides my piano😅

She seems like she’s either way to timid or star struck by Tobias which kills this entire interview !
