Danjin provide like 21% havoc dmg and 20% attack roccia provide flat 200 attack wich is same as 20% atk just calculated differently i am assuming flat attack is directly calculated with other % and she give 20% havoc + basic attack dmg ofc she is better than danjin in terms of buffing
In terms of buffing Roccia is better than Danjin, though what I think makes her a much better partner for havoc rover than her is that crowd control, since rover's aoe is pretty small. I pulled for her since I have Camellya but it feels more of an upgrade for my rover lol
If Phoebe is a DOT reliant DPS (aka, like how the frazzle echo set needs 10 stacks for the crit rate buff), then SRover's quick 10 stack application will help a lot. If Phoebe is instead an enabler that quickly applies 10 stacks (like SRover), then she'll probably be more of a subDPS for consistent crit rate for the spectro frazzle set holder. Based on the new spectro echo set, she's unlikely to be full on support, so those seem to be the two options. Either way, the fact that SRover has the ability to lengthen the effect time of frazzle really makes them a flexible support/enabler for frazzle teams in general. TLDR: If the frazzle echo set is tailor made for Phoebe, then SRover's frazzle enabling ability would be useful regardless if she's DPS or subDPS, and there's most likely no way she's a dedicated support chara.
Man this new toa is so boring and easy you can literally finish side ones in 1 and half rotation and the middle one is also easier even with that restriction i still can clear inferno with lingyang and no coordinate attackers

Is it possible to compare Rocha and s6 Danjin and s6 Sanha under Rover? Especially with Danjin, they say there is no point in spinning Rocha at all

No because the 5th chain provide 250% ÷5 hits on 5th basic attack you have to spam basics
Who could replace Zhezi in that Jinhsi team?
Yuanwu is best budget option. Yinlin is also good
