About the Mary Celeste, I've only heard one theory that is at least plausible. The theory is that fumes from the alcohol built up until they were ignited by the metal rims on the barrels clanking together and sparking, causing a huge flash explosion. Terrified that the ship may explode, they abandoned ship, keeping their life boat tied to the Mary Celeste. The rough waters eventually snapped the rope and they were left stranded in a long boat as the Mary Celete sailed away.
Oh my goodness I am so glad I found you again Steve I thought I was going crazy when I went to that other channel and everything had been deleted. I was so disappointed. So thankful the algorithm brought me back to you eventually. I missed your voice your narration is the best!
There’s that iconic voice! Threw me off when I no longer heard your voice on the missing people channel. Looking forward to hearing your narrations once again.
Hi Steve. I’ve been out to the Goodwin Sands. It’s without doubt THE creepiest place I’ve ever been to. Hundreds (if not thousands) of vessels have been sucked into it since man has been out in the sea. I wanted to get away from it as soon as I could see it from the tour boat I was on. There’s a heavy feeling of menace out there.
@@TalesUntoldYT please do. The Kent coast has a lot of history. Dover castle is close by with its many ghosts, which is 20 minutes from Pluckley (the most haunted village in England), the list goes on. Let me know if you need a guide when you get here :)
i live in cape may nj, where there's a beach called Higbee's Beach. very creepy things I've seen. but it use to be a grave by the ocean a long time ago. we had a storm one day, and the waves took the graves. on a certain season or storm, there's "ghost tracks" that show up. there was a railroad system there too. I've heard similar stories that have happened to me before. lots of banging, heavy foot steps, at night, during rains the most. it's a bird wildlife area, and hicking is probably the size of a football field. i go during eclipses. another cheeky eclipse was when it was dead silence when it was happening. it's still my favorite place. but I'll never go at night. not even with friends. it is my favorite fishing spot
Ive been watching these kind of channels for some time now, maybe about 5 years, and I just thought id say this is the best channel Ive seen alongside Lazy Masquerade. Maybe even better. Also maybe even better than Mr Ballen too. Yours are more straightforward and I like that. Plus you cover the topics I love most and dont stray from them, missing forest and ocean cases. I can understand there not for everyone or they get old to watch for some, so to speak, but I hope the channel grows and you keep up the great work man! Amazing. Please keep doing these:)
I was up bear hunting northern Michigan and saw what at first I thought was the Dog men of Michigan. After seeing a pack of 20 wolves come by while in tree stand. They would stand on their back legs to look over the tall ferns. On their back legs they must of been 8 feet tall.
I have no idea why the ship was abandoned. I believe there was an illness breakout and everybody died and their bodies were thrown overboard to try to reduce the risk of it spreading. However, the last person alive must have thrown themselves over board when they were dying to keep the ship clear of the disease for whoever ended up finding the ship.
You can't verify the Ourang Medan- it's really just a made-up story. I mean how on Earth are people embedded into the steel of a ship? That's a pretty aggressive Supernatural event that would have really really rocked the world if in fact it was something that happened.( I have to say I do like your voice!)
I think you've confused the USS Eldridge (aka The Philadelphia Experiment) where some sailors were supposedly embedded in the metal structures of the ship after the testing of a "cloaking" device/process in the when ship was claimed to have "disappeared" briefly. In the case of the Ourang Medan, the entire crew were apparently found deceased under suspicious circumstances, however none were embedded in the hull or any metal part of the ship. Thanks for watching!
@@TalesUntoldYT you're right. I think that I confuse them because it's so ridiculous that everyone was found mid Panic even the dog was smiling and just Frozen. But I always found it fascinating that the wireless sent out the words" I die". Thank you for the correction and I wonder if there's ever going to be any truth put to this
Mr. Stockton i was just curious if u have ever done narration for a channel called missing person mysteries i believe?? I just cant find the narrations and their videos are all different, and well it was just very strange...
