    wait how did she learn about mind palaces? I thought that was a fairly obscure concept. For people who don't know, a "mind palace" is a memory tool to help people with eidetic memories remember things even better. Basically, you imagine a palace, and organize memories in rooms that you can then go back and "walk through" in your mind. Because even if you have near-perfect memory, you need a system to organize the memories so you can recall them (sorta like having files organized; it doesn't matter if you have a file if you can't find it)

      It's a pretty common trope in books and films about smart or savant autistic people, she has truly something about it in her training data.

      It's also an oft mocked trope where characters stand around for a while before solving the mystery using facts the audience is never privy to
