    Richard, are you doing transmissions yourself now? If you are, how do I get in contact with you?

    R & T, i have an 04' tahoe that has a stock 4L60e crate transmission from auto parts store with approx 5yrs/65k miles on it since install. It appears to be in good working condition still. Im going to be installing a stock reman 5.3L engine soon. With ease of access w engine out at that time, would you say there would be any value to change the converter just as a "maintenance" item. If so what kind and where to buy one? Thx!

    Ultra Gray is 100 times better than that black silicone, blue silicone is just as bad.

    Need assembly, tear downs getting old

    • @skutahuniai4830
      @skutahuniai4830 Год назад +1

      That is NEVER going to happen. He went for years on the other channel tearing down 4l60E's and 48RE's, one after the other, and only had ONE rebuild video - a 350. Seems like an "ah shucks" sort of guy and hasn't figured out that if he showed some rebuilds, his channel would grow immediately. That's what people come looking for if they are DIY. Any schmuck with a socket set can tear down. Re-assembly info is what people search for.

      I am searching for rebuild videos and cannot find any of yours posted on your channel.
      Maybe I just don’t know how to search for them properly but I will keep looking for yours.
