Good tips well shown! While you are doing the drone shot you can make it 'fly' by holding the pole out sideways (so the camera is horizontal rather than vertical, but still pointing forwards to the horizon), then bring your extended arm upwards in an arc. The camera will end up in a vertical orientation, but the flowstate horizon levelling will deal with the change of orientation and keep the horizon level. You can't readily do that trick with the pole held in front of you as the camera will end up pointing at the sky as you raise the pole.
Enjoy! and maybe take an iron pole next time you go in the snow so the pole will find the magnetic camera if you drop it again!

How do you deal with camera getting super hot and app that does not connect until forever.
I try to leave it in the shade and once cooled of I start shooting again

I lost my DJI Osmo Action while ziplining. Broke my heart because I lost all beautiful footage too. Then I was about to get Go Pro but I said "I'd rather go for another underdog". Sorry to hear that, the worse thing is losing your footage, happened to me too. The insta360go 2 is great as a pocket camera 👍🏻
It’s a great camera for certain uses. I plan to use it mounted at the underside of my helmet while I do to trimming work aloft.
It won’t work, however, for collecting audio from communication devices when I start my piloting career. I’ll have to use One R for that scenario.

Don’t you already have a camera in you pocket? If so you can create great video with it :)
GoPro is best for vlogging and use the Go 2 for some extra creative shots.

Why 30FPS and not 50FPS? Is it to save memory or is the video better at 30FPS?
To create more motion blur :)
Depends on the person, I prefer 50fps with the insta360 because 30fps gives it a bit of a jittery look.
