If u got itchy skin that dermasil helps...they soaps are usually winners...I like they pantyliners the scented always ones ..n they ibuprofen Tylenol ,socks,rubbing alcohol,peroxide,Kleenex ,snacks ,water,nails,hair stuff, toothpaste paste n toothbrush n they aspirin is what I go for literally every month
