If you ever know the blogger couple who were locked down in Siargao for almost a year same with you but you were in El Nido, are also traveling in Mexico this time, last time I watched their Vlog they were in Puerta Vallarta. Yeah overall its been way emptier than we thought, we thought everywhere was going to be super busy since Mexico has been wide open so far. Even in the Riviera Maya there was nobody really around everywhere we would go. The only place we passed that seemed super packed was playa del carmen but we didn't stay there
Puerto Escondido is a moderately developed, laid back, well-touristed but still blissfully free of the sterile resorts and hordes of spring breakers in Cancún and other hotspots.

Surfing takes a lot out of you, plus it makes me wish for the younger years when I surfed with my dad and friends. Goa is more of a jungle for sure, and it’s also dry season here so a lot of the trees have no leaves and everything is looking more brown. The laid back atmosphere is like goa though 😁 glad you liked the amateur skills 🤣
We missed our annual visit to PE this year ... counting the days to next December. I wonder if the prices in the Mercado Benito Juarez are cheaper than in that new mercado? One tip: drop by the Tower Bridge Hostel - they have some good and inexpensive excursions - including a trip by pick up truck to the beautiful Casada Reforma (waterfalls) and a stop in the pretty mountain town - San Pedro Mixtepec. Would make a good video!
Chris, you got talent! Just practice more. But, lol, at the longboard with two fins. 1 or 3 find are better for you, it gives you more balance. Great shots. Beware of the rocks, you might injure yourself. Better surfing on a sandy ground.

By the way, you're making Mexico look better and better (and was it you guys who said in a previous video? or did I read it somewhere else, that Mexican coke tastes better than in the U.S. cuz they use sugar cane vs. corn syrup - but both equally unhealthy lol).
Mexico has been getting better and better for us the more we explore :D Many more awesome places to show in the upcoming videos! I have seen those comments about the sugar cane also and maybe that is it because it sure tastes better here haha. But still terrible to drink!
I like your videos, and they appeal to all ages. One suggestion-- it would be helpful if before you show the video of the actual place that you show a simple map so we know where you are and where you are going etc. Without this, its difficult sometimes to put all the information you present in context.

The best sunsets are in Baja California, Mexico, La Paz and Loreto.
Yeah the sunsets in this place are amazing almost every day! We plan to head to Loreto on this trip hopefully :D
