It's called a zipper jig, not to be confused with the zipper jigs that are used to add a zipper. It was made by Myth Leather Co. Their site has been down for a long time, but you can get a hold of Garth Torgeson on Facebook. He's also in the Sew Whatever group, if you want to go that route. I don't know if he has made any more yet, but you can definitely ask him!
