I've been thinking about getting a Juki can you tell me what model you have? It seems to do what I would like from watching some of your other videos, but I'm not sure which one is best for vinyl and fabric bag making.

Please please please put your needle down before you start sewing! That's why your machine locked. It's super important to do so when using an industrial. My grandfather worked on these machines and taught me ❤

PSA, You can use either glass running pliers or key fob pliers for your bags but if you do stained glass make sure you have the glass pliers or you're going to have a bad time! The glass ones have a slight curve whereas the key fob ones are straight. Just sharing for those who delve into many crafts like myself!

Thank you for this demonstartion. I knew these existed but did not know they were used also in sewing a pocket zipper like this in place too. That's very neatly done and agree how you could never live without if you make a lot of pocket zippers like these. Thank you for sharing and making the video.

My husband has been making these in his 3 d machine. I found that if the jig doesn’t slide so much but rather snaps onto the zipper, you get a better outcome. The jig pops off easily without harming the zipper when I need to pull the zipper pull through and then I snap back on and finish.

When you use a narrow foot does that give you a precise 1/8" seam? I have so much trouble making those 1/8 " seams and I'm not sure if I should measure from the point of the needle to the outside of the foot? Hope this makes sense. Thank you for sharing this wonderful handle-sewing video!

You might want to try using a compensating foot, which will give you a ‘fence’ to stitch against. They are available with different stitch offsets and left or right. Mainly for industrial or semi industrial machines though. As a Juki dealer I’m pleased to see you are using the best😉😀
