Oh Mark...I trust you so much as an actor and interpreter of the truth...your previous roles have been overwhelming. But this short performance is quite lovely...not only in its delivery but the honesty and transparency that flows through it. "Folk" songs are our heritage....and to revisit them is so important as it guides our perspective of how the past informs the now. Things don't chaneg all that much...just the theatre. So thank you, man....it's great to get a song at Christmas that resonates and ties into the bigger picture.
