Its all context. Harry can say something and get away with it because it is an understood part of his character and personality. Chip couldnt say the same things as harry as chip has more of an inherent aggression behind his words. Harry says what he says as a pressure release valve or to lighten moments, chip says what he says to antagnoise or make people uncomfortabler
He doesn't say stuff that bad at all and theres absolutely zero malice behind any of it.

Harry might be a menace sometimes but he is not a bad person, anyone watching their content can see that he doesn't really mean to offend anyone. Also people call him autistic and inbred (cuz he's from Guernsey) all the time and he doesn't take offence to it, doesnt really care so I can see what cal means by him not holding others to a standard. Its all just jokes, so people never take him seriously, for fans its just "harry being harry". Besides nothing he ever said was so bad that it was deserving the 'cancellation'. Yeah, he says outrageous stuff sometimes but there is no malice behind it.
