I booked through your reference. They charged for a new scooty but gave me a very old scooty. I paid for 3 days and returned it after one day, still they denied to pay the balance. Please don't recommend just because they sponsor your trips for free.

I went in mid march so go in starting or mid march.. beautiful weather, less crowded and price is also justified.
Off season is June to Sept. Hotels, resorts are cheap plus cheap scooter and bikes. But watersports are not there along with shacks also closed. But prefer South goa instead of north
