Hello Ma'am, I am a speech-language pathologist here in the Philippines :). Unfortunately, due to excessive use of voice during my sessions, I was diagnosed with vocal nodules and edema. Do you have any recommendations on what voice therapy techniques might help me to regain my voice? I am currently training myself with the techniques I know but, I just need to be sure if I am picking and doing it right. Please, I really need your help. I just graduated and started 5 months ago and it stresses me out cause its too early to have voice problems :( Thank you so much! I would really appreciate your help Ma'am.

Take oregano oil, olive leaf extract, and black seed oil to prevent colds, flu, and sinus infections. These are awesome supplements that will keep you well and still singing.

I'm in a SLPA program and was looking for treatment plans for a class assignment. And treatment I chose was sustaining the vowel eee as quietly as possible on a musical note. Is this something you would recommend to a client who suffers excessive low pitch or an exercise that will make them increase their volume?

If I read your question correctly, you are asking about sustained vowel as an exercise. It can be incorporated into voice therapy, but is only one aspect to it. Holding the vocal cords in a specific position can improve their endurance, but you also are going to do a lot of work in that position during speech tasks. As far as improved intensity, yes, but only done with the correct frequency and simultaneous effort/intensity.
