This needs to be made into a full length movie, amazing!!! The production, story and Christmas magic was just so beautiful. Exactly how I imagined it would be if the north pole were a real place. I cried twice. Thank you for making this.

Puppycakes Me Yes I've often considered how useful a helicopter would be to me as it would mean I could avoid the traffic jams especially around Christmas time. 😊👍
4 years later and 6 months too early, but this still makes me cry. My younger brother is called Jake, and I feel it when he first says his name and then when Anna says "Oh Jake!". I think I'll cry again even thinking about her saying it!! This advert is so damn classy too, and such a great representation of M&S style!
This looks like it has a bigger budget than every programme made for Channel 5 ever all added together 😂👍🏻

Maybe I can make a future Christmas movie about her! I already had two in mind about Santa's reindeer team and how they saved Christmas from their enemies at the North Pole, and a spin-off about two reindeer sisters at the North Pole too, kinda similar to Disney's 'Frozen' but completely different

The best for me so far this year, has to be the Waitrose one.
What is the meaning of this annual Christmas ad phenomenon that has the young people hooked?
Is it a testing of common British values? And even a way to formulate or fine tune them using the ad itself?
Or is it a way to validate in November the 'spirituality' of shopping and materialism ahead of Christmas?
Is there not a certain smugness associated with these big-store Christmas ads? The smugness that dampens down wit which is very unBritish? Christmas is meant to be a time of at least solace (if not good cheer) for people young and old, rich and poor.
I find nothing of solace in these ads. If they had solace, at the very least they would be witty. Well, I'm sorry if I come across as an old Scrooge: but even A Christmas Carol was full of cheer and wit.

the part when he said he loves his sister very much made me cry cause it reminds me of my little cousin who is 8 atm and he is exactly like my brother cause i see him a bit too much and i usually get angry at him cause he is annoying like most little brothers are XD and it made me cry cause its so sweet and i can imagine him saying that too...

That's one of the nicest things I've embraced in a long time.
I'm a grown man, I know it's incredible marketing but it brought a tear to my eye, and made me very proud to be British.
Reminded me of the beauty of our country and culture.

This remains, even a year later - a commercial triumph. It hits all the right notes... every last one. Mrs Claus successfully brings on the attack of 'sentimentosis' like no other.

I love this! I love that Mrs Claus is finally getting some recognition and isn't portrayed as a fat granny who feeds Santa up with pies. I also love that the little boy wrote to her, not Santa. LOVE LOVE LOVE!

That was fucking awesome!! Bought a tear to my eye, really shows you that Christmas is all about being with your family and showing how much you love each other.
Makes me feel sad because I don't have much family left and as I am getting older it makes you realise life is too short so live for the moment and give and help all you can to your fellow brother and sisters.

I play Mrs Claus for a preschool, and my usual schtick is more the perfect old-fashioned grandma who also drives a sleigh and is married to Santa. I frame my visit as helping out Santa, who is overwhelmed and doesn’t want to disappoint the kids. I *loved* this so much! Why wouldn’t Mrs C be Santa’s best helpmeet, including filling in or taking special requests? Should I learn to fly a helicopter 😄?All the best of the season to you and yours!

This needs to be a movie: little kid with a loving single mother who has to work full-time, she forgets to post the letter because she's so overworked so it arrives on Christmas Eve minutes after Santa has left. Mrs Claus who is loving and hard-working but has never really taken initiative for herself and has been more neglected and taken for granted by everyone (Including herself) has to overcome her insecurities and sets off on an adventure to get this kid their present

This Ad was fantastic! I am so glad Mrs. Claus finally gets some recognition since Santa is so overused in any media, so it's nice to see something different and it was really heartwarming, it was a nice thing she did for those children!
