  • GreenHome Institute member BlueGreen Alliance Foundation has released the Green Low Income Housing Tax Credit Score card for each state. Please join us to review a quick overview of the main green certification programs used in these state programs and how states can integrate health, energy efficiency, working conditions and racial equity into their Qualified Allocation Plans (QAPs). Learn how you can help get engaged with your states process to encourage this work, get involved in it and make your state better.

    Speakers: GABBY DAVIS | PROGRAM ASSOCIATE & JEFF HURLEY |State Initiatives Manager, BUILDING CLEAN
    Jeff is the State Initiatives Manager at BlueGreen Alliance and is based in Chicago, IL. Jeff leads policy development and implementation for the Building Clean program and advances state-level policy opportunities in targeted states.
    Prior to joining BGA, Jeff worked at the National Conference of State Legislatures, where as a Director of State-Federal Affairs he managed NCSL’s legislative agenda for budget and revenue systems and coordinated the association’s state-local fiscal relations.
    Jeff received his BA from Indiana University and obtained a master’s degree in Political Management from the George Washington University.
    Gabby is a program associate within the Building Clean team at the BlueGreen Alliance. Her work pertaining to advocating and educating others about the use and benefits of healthier building materials, healthier affordable housing, and the impacts of disproportionate exposures is rooted in the desire to make sure not only where we live is safe for our health but enhances our health as well. Gabby lives in New Jersey and graduated in 2021 with a BA in Environmental and Sustainability Studies and a BS in City Planning.
