Because the purpose of Air Fryer is to reduce the quantity of oil, have you tried to spray the oil instead of pouring on the sweet potatoes?

First , Thank you for your comments. Using a spray is a nice idea . Here in this recipe I have used approximately 3 teaspoons of Olive oil . I personally think it is very less as we need it for 4-5 sweet potatoes
