Getting to live coach and watch him start to "get it" was amazing! He has a lot of potential!
Ditto it was like a change of hype, went from hoping homie would perform to stoked for his next performance once he was getting coached. If homie sees this, ggs, we got like 3 minutes of your untapped potential being realized, dbz shit.
I don't even play this game but I was a top 500 in destiny 2. Understand your team mechanics, the team synergy, and awareness of positioning with your team and enemy.

@@boiofbois4232 to be fair, he vs against players that are better than him. A bad game will look bad as long as you vs against better opponent. In some guess-the-rank, you cannot really tell if it's a gm or a plat if the player practically rolling worser enemy.

He got a OW1 GM matchup. Lets be real, OW2 'GM' is OW1's LOWWWWW PLAT. There is a reason they removed S1-Last season of OW1, and will (haha) continue to only show the last X seasons. It's because the "woopsie" they made in purposely boosting players to higher ranks to keep the player base motivated and feeling accomplished. We now can't see that 1600 sr player final season and all seasons of OW1 anymore. We see that diamond player OW2. lets be honest for masters, the aim needs to be better. you need either good game sense or good aim, but without either one diamond is where they need to be to develop those skills

He is trying to process the pace of GM, thats why he's making a lot of mistakes and poor decisions. He doesn't have the time to process what is a good play vs bad play, and he becomes indecisive because before he's made a call, the fight has already shifted to a new context and he has to recalculate, constantly playing catch-up with everyone else. This will make anyone look like a silver player. The change of pace from masters to gm, is much bigger than from gold to masters. Especially with high T500 players in the lobby to play with/against.
A big factor is communication. He may not be saying much but he can hear who he needs to engage on. I think a sign of a deserving high ranked tracer is that they have the awareness of who to dive without being told. As was said, a lot of times there won’t be any communication in ranked matches. Noticing isolated targets and pushing them or following your ball when you see him moving toward targets to be in position to capitalize is a huge determining factor of a high ranked tracer. It seems he lacked confidence, had a bit too much down time where he could have been setting up or shooting to distract, and diving into situations where multiple targets can focus him even without having recall up a few times. He’s still really good though. I just think it’s a bit arrogant to say he’s in elo hell and better than tracers who are in a rank higher than him, instead of noticing there’s room for improvement.

he has bad teamwork probably because he is in "elo hell", but the thing most people fail to understand is you also have to communicate with your team in overwatch. You cant expect your team to comm first then youll join in the comms, you should initiate it so at least you can say you tried. Then if you lose its a gg

The real mistake he does a lot of times is letting the other team know his position every time they dive on him before his team do and eventually the fights becomes 4v5 he kind underestimated quack’s doom also he need a little bit of aim training tracer is hard to play

Overwatch Needs to create an incentive for players to actually help communicate and voice chat during games instead of using it, purely for toxicity. Like if they did something similar to endorsements. Like communicator points that you can use to unlock "communicator-only" cosmetics

People need to understand the difference between the skill of gm3 and gm1. Especially on tracer you cant give the enemy ANY time to aim at you.
The second the enemy looks at you in t500 you have to assume they're getting all headshot, especially as tracer. This makes playing her WAY harder. Combined with how fast t500 can react, you need to be moving BEFORE they start looking in your direction. People thinking they can do better don't understand the fundamental difference of skill here and how that skill difference can slow things down
