Listen to this Demonstration Record from Montgomery Ward's Airline Hi Fidelity record players. We do not own the copywrite to the audio or images. Enjoy.
@@mistermac56I disagree. Stereo records were introduced to the public in 1958, and were quite popular in the 60's. I was into it in the mid 60's, and would seek out the stereo version LP's on the racks, rather than the also available mono's. Seemed widespread to me at the time. --BTW, MW was issuing these demo records as early as Sept. 1958, though I'm not sure of the actual release date/year of this one.
"Hi-fidelity"? It's not even stereo. This is all mono. No excuse for that in the 1960's.
Stereo didn't come to wide spread use until the early 70's.
