The segment of you riding the cherry picker and gaining a new skill set was great entertainment. What about changing the bulbs on the North Pier Jane?
The survival of the illuminations in the weather and sand and salt seaspray preying upon them is amazing.
You needed a video clip of you riding around the donkey / ice cream attraction on Freddy to complete the video :-)
Shame the video didn't pick up of me climbing out of the cherry picker...

Soon as I saw the post from Visit Blackpool on Twitter or X as it's now called, The hype for illuminations season got more exciting for me seeing the new illuminations for this year. I like the Dinosaur and Astronaut one that looks cool!. It's swung around so fast one of my favorite times of year. Thanks for showing us around Jane!. 🙂

Jane don't know if you can but can you recommend any bed and breakfast or self catering I've got a very fussy daughter and a fussy 6 year old Grandaughter they wouldn't eat an evening meal in a hotel when my girls were at school we used to stay at the doric however that's well beyond my budget now priced Marton Mere and just for 4 nights in a good caravan in August its £1800 !!. Need a good lottery win xx

Blimey that’s soon come round again illuminations plans. It doesn’t seem like 5 mins ago when u were doing a video on illuminations 2023.
Did anyone see that story about 2 people in blackpool who apparently don't have a youtube channel 😮. The council have offered support and training and it's hoped that blackpool will be back to the 100 % level .

Most of the large ones on the bispham side are up and how sad they look dated and boring
These two new ones still to come. They are slowly replacing them but each one is staggeringly expensive to produce
