This video is about the trailer I use for motorcycle track days and motorcycle road racing.
The purpose of the build was to make something cozy, efficient, and organized. I have been racing and doing track days since 2007 and this is what I have come up with during that time of packing and unpacking thousands of times.
I created my procedures with what are the first things I grab for when I get to the race track and staged the build around some of these items. When something is missing I know right away. That is another advantage of having a home for every item. Not only do you save time accessing whatever it is you need at that moment in time you gain the benefit of staying on top of your inventory.
If you have any questions about anything regarding the trailer don’t hesitate to ask!
Ride Safe!
Hook Life, Embrace the Lifestyle, lol. Nice Vid, Thanks. Have a Kick Ass Day!
Hahah 💀 love it! Great point! Have yourself a fantastically blessed day!!
Track day Palace coach thank you .
This was a fun project and a game changer as far as comfort at the track. It gives you the ability to relax / cool down in between sessions. Makes a big difference. Especially the 3 day events in June-July 🥵
Well organised!👍
I had been thinking about it for around 10 years so I had time to plan the way I wanted to use it track side. What I always grabbed first when I got to the track and set it up accordingly.
That’s clever, thanks for the ideas. I liked the vid enough to use my throttle hand to like and my clutch hand to subscribe :-)
Haha thank you very much Dion 🙏 You are welcome!
Nice setup.
Thank you jgsimons🙏 If you have any questions just let me know!
Looks good 👍🏽👍🏽
Thank you! I appreciate you watching and commenting. It was a lot of fun! After sleeping in the trailer for 8+ years I upgraded to a toy hauler NoBo 19.1 such a game changer!
Hi. I do not have a track day bike or trailer and I don't think I ever will. Still loved the vid tho! Lol
Haha 😂 you never know!! Thank you for watching and dropping a comment Abicol!!
i have to watch it multiple times to catch all the small details ;D in europe it would be a rather big trailer
Really?! What is the most common way to transport in Europe? a sprinter van? I have family that lives in Austria :)
@@dabosch11 the more prof. guys are using sprinter vans yes, among the fun riders open trailers a mostly common.. as an bavarian i mentioned some austrian vibes in your humour - and your forearm ;D keep up the good work! i am interessted in your bike stand/lock, maybe i could adapte this for my old vw bus?!
Oh yes! The pitbull restraint is a really easy way to load/unload and transport the bike. I have seen people use them in mini vans! It’s very secure too!

Great observations by the way!
Nice setup, thanks for sharing. Who makes your suit dryer-fan-hanger thing?
Thank you for the comment and like! It is made by a company called hang-dry. I’ve had mine for around 5 years and I haven’t been the most gentle with it. Made in the US! hang-dry.com
I know this is an older video and your video is helping me decide which trailer to get or a toy hauler. This is probably a dumb question you showed a power plug on the outside but what is the trailer powered off of, a Generator? Also, do you put a dorm fridge in there?
The outside plug is powered by the track power or you could also do a generator. I always used the track power. I didn’t have a dorm fridge I used a cooler for cold items. I insulated the trailer and put in a AC unit, lights and small tv. I’m not sure about having AC unit and dorm fridge installed on the same plug. How’s the trailer/ hauler hunting going? These months would be the best time to get a good deal.
Perhaps I missed it, what size is the trailer
Hi there! The trailer is a 7x12! Thank you for watching 🙏
@@dabosch11how much does it weigh and what are you pulling it with?
Great video. Do you have a link for the fold up table hardware?
Thank you Wayne! This is what I used amzn.to/3YhU2N7 if you use the link I get a small kick back and would appreciate it!
@@dabosch11 thanks, ordering now!
You are awesome!
@@dabosch11I’m doing the same, great and well thought out setup.
I appreciate you 🙏 glad it has helped!
This is sick! I am doing a van build right now myself. Is the canopy just for rainy days?
Also think about affiliate links for some of that stuff? The suit hanger is great, I want it!
It was a really fun project! You tailor it to yourself which is nice. The canopy goes with me 98% of the events. I wont bring it if I have access to a garage. It will protect you from the Sun and rain! This year I am going to invest a lot of time into the channel. That suit hanger is clutch for super sweaty people like myself lol. Www.hang-dry.com is where I got it.
@@dabosch11 Looking forward to it!
Thank you 🙏
Please can you tell me where you got your santa hat from??? :)
Hehe we got this hat from the dollar stores!! Thank you for the comment and question!
Donnie still hanging out !
How many years now?!
what product did you use for the flooring?
I used interlocking planks. I put a small layer of insulation underneath. The cutting wasn’t too difficult. amzn.to/3X1oKZh
If you had to guess what would you say a good budget is for a comfortable trailer build, trailer included
Hi Will Do you want to sleep in it or just to transport?
What dimension is the trailer?
This is 6x10 trailer. Served me well for around 5+ years. I still use it when the need arises.
What are the dimensions of your trailer? Thx!
This enclosed trailer is a 7x10. Let me know if you have any other questions.
Is it too late to figure out how to setup my trailer after it’s been stolen over 2 years😂
I still remember that! When found it’s never to late :) you have to come back first!
