Robot head manual control

In February 2021, I decided to make a manual override for the heads of my robots.
This is because at steampunk festivals (specifically Steampunks at the Asylum in Lincoln), I can make them look at photographers. I've also done a "Pause blink" button, too as I'm fed up with photos being ruined by blinking.
