It is unfortunate to see her have this psychotic episode, but it's a good reminder that it can happen to anyone at any time. Unbelievable how long it took the cops to go over to her, good thing you followed with camera otherwise they would have lost her and she is a danger to society - clearly and without any doubt! If they let her go free i will be disturbed (i havent finished watching yet).
If that one cop at the very beginning had continued pursuing her; all this could have possibly been avoided. But he just walked away. And when the guy in the building really needed help, couldn’t get anyone to come. When she was finally shackled, there were at least 10 cops & then fire. 🤦🏼♀️
