@@dustinedwards5642 thanks for watching brother I really appreciate it! And I love the indie scene, especially recommending and getting recommended games. The best games I’ve played, I’ve found from word of mouth lol
The games that got me into indie games were Cuphead and hollow knight. 2 Classic indie games that are both bangers!!! Really recommend those aswell next to hades and such!
@@kamielmonsecour29 I might get back to playing through Hollow Knight after I beat Shadow of the Erdtree. I feel like my feeble mind can only focus on one big/in depth game at a time 😅

Roguelike - you progress thruout the game and your character becomes stronger every run e.g. Cult of the lamb Roguelite - everytime u start new run u are a piece of trash and have to get everything from begining. e.g. the binding of isaac

@@arturobravo701 I agree 100%. Plus, UE 5 and other graphicly impressive engines are indirectly enabling scam games to happen (The Day Before) because they can just buy assets and make the game “look nice” with no real substance.
@@arturobravo701 so I’m actually working on a “5 MORE Must-Play Indie Games” video so stay tuned for that! (I might just make this a series tbh) But as far as for Switch, I LOVE Animal Well. It’s a level based side-scroller and it plays really well on the Switch. Also also, Katana Zero is a 10/10 imo. Really fun gameplay and trippy story. I played it on PC, but it’s available on Switch and I’m sure it plays really well on there.

This is very true, there is so so many awesome small and medium games that are interesting yo play and explore, not just triple A

Recommending vampire survivors and their derivatives is like recommending drugs. Opinion dismissed
Drugs without the side effects. Yes! 😭
pirating all of these

Just make sure to also buy them if you really enjoy them. Contrary to the AAA devvelopers, these indie devs could really use the money
