Love the look of ‘One True Path’. I still read those books with my kid. ‘Jack Stevenson’ is obviously a riff on Steve Jackson, who wrote the Fighting Fantasy series with Ian Livingstone. I recommend ‘City of Thieves’ - artwork by the guy who later designed Darth Maul!
Human Fall Flat VR concept is absolutely crazy and I want to try it now! Great video, just the one Ive been missing for months now, when you were making new VR games releasing throughout upcoming month. I feel so detached from VR novelties without those videos ._.
The new games are interesting, especially Pools VR, but I still dream with the day when I will be able to play Monkey Island or Road Rash in VR (well adapted to the current 3d graphics generation, of course). Only old guys will understand it :)
Will this be your first VR headset or are you experienced?my first headset was PSVR1 and I loved it but Quest 3 is far better.if you are new to VR or new to the Quest platform, there are a lot of great games available.I expect Batman will be incredible.every VR channel I watch that has got the chance to play the demo seemed to be blown away by Batman.there are a lot of great looking upcoming games coming soon for Quest 3,PCVR and PSVR2
@@garrettferrell6821 yea this will be my first ever vr headset. (Not including the Google cardboard thingy) So I’m kind of worried about motion sickness but I’ll just take it slow and hopefully be fine
Very impressed about how Metamorphosis looks, love the cockroach kingpin :), It looks as if there might be a fully fledged story behind it. I think I'll enjoy it this one
Yeah, with the big four and a bunch of these titles, it actually seems like there's a lot of potentially very cool games coming to VR in the near future. I hope at least a few of them truly deliver on the promise here.
I expect Batman & Behemoth will truly deliver..Im hoping Metro & Alien will too,Metro is an amazing series and I hope the devs do it justice.I expect it will have a great storyline because the actual author is working with the devs.it’s being made by Vertigo, they made the Arizona Sunshine series and After The Fall.with a well known franchise like Metro,I expect this will be their best work to date Alien Rogue Incursion is being made by Survios, they’ve made Creed,Raw Data and Walking Dead:Onslaught.I never played TWD:Onslaught but it came out after Saints & Sinners so it had a lot to live up to and the reception wasn’t that great.hopefully they will deliver with Alien.it’s the one I’m most worried about out of the big 4 The Wanderer is a remake of an older PCVR game.the original was well received on PCVR so I expect it will be a home run.
Finally someone works on third person games. Thanks human fall flat. I always thought third person has to be the way to create vr games with interesting combat. The character then can do crazy jumps, leap slams or backflips without the player puking in the process. At the same time, you can still look around and get that feeling of height in vr. Would love to play one of the established mmorpgs this way. Like new world for example. And fishing and other sideactivities would be so much better in vr too.
My question would be for into the radius, as I have limited time to play I have to be selective about the games I play, is into the radius 2 a rehash of 1 (I haven't played it) is it worth getting 1 still or should I just go for 2 given my limited time availability.
I want to get wall town! i love the idea of having a little village living in my wall! also checkout the Fazbear Frights interactive books. there is a freeone called VIP and the newer one is called the week before. very similar too the old Goosebumps books.
Walltown feels like it was designed to scratch an itch I didn't know I had. Even by VR standards it probably makes you look like a complete fool to outside observers, so I wouldn't play with it around guests.
Quest 2 needs to be put to rest already so that Quest 3 can fully shine. Quest 3 will be a year old next month, and still hardly any Quest 3 exclusives other than Batman and a few MR games/experiences. Asgard's Wrath 2 and Assassin's Creed Nexus dont count as they are both enhanced Quest 2 games.
It's probably just me but getting really tired of these clickbait thumbnails for vr videos where the game is not something that is coming to VR. Seems misleading having a thumbnail of Deadspace VR when that's not the case.
We are still not there. Mostly shallow experiences it seems and a few triple-a-ish games. We still need the middle ground with experimental, but still fundamentally sound with enough content and quality, games.
i'm not a fan of the cel shaded graphics. I bought a Valve index to take advantage of awesome graphics not play a cartoon. So this list is pretty much rubbish. whew I had to get that off my chest.😵💫
All of these cartoon looking games have lazy graphics. The whole idea of VR is to make you think you're in a different world or reality. That's why Alyx is so popular, you can imagine you're actually there. So far most if not all games released after Alyx fall short. Even a game like Lone Echo has better graphics than a lot newer releases.
A lot of games with bad graphics are more fun than games like half life. I personally like pavlov a lot more than half life alyx and I played it on quest 2 with the worse graphics
@@Avioto I'm not comparing anything and my opinion is just as valid as yours. Even "billion dollar companies" put out shit and is effecting the growth of VR. VR will wither on the vine if not taken seriously. Then we can take all our expensive headsets and throw them away. Play what you liker but don't tell me to like what you do.
Ultra real graphics don’t make a game automatically good. Alyx isn’t popular because of its graphics it popular because of the object interactions that made you feel part of the world. You moved your hand through a crowded shelf and the clutter collided and displaced. That’s what made the game so good for me, and when I play a game now and move my hand through scenery clutter and my hand just passes through it, it really takes me out of it. Graphics aren’t the end all be all
@@pjohns9532 When I talk about Alyx or any VR game the game play is a part of it. I never said that graphics were everything. The time that Devs put into a game like Lone Echo or Alyx is part of the hole. But crappy graphics will pull you quickly from immersion. Just as quickly as crappy game play.
Memoreum has beautiful environments, so I would have preferred that the bullets and blood splatter look just as good
Love the look of ‘One True Path’. I still read those books with my kid. ‘Jack Stevenson’ is obviously a riff on Steve Jackson, who wrote the Fighting Fantasy series with Ian Livingstone. I recommend ‘City of Thieves’ - artwork by the guy who later designed Darth Maul!
This Dead Space Like in VR looks awesome
It looks just like dead space

WoW
Magic the gathering and VR... thats a large portion of my life.
Same
I've been playing Doom 3 in VR. Memoreum reminds me of that but with better graphics and more fleshed out.
Memoreum is at the top for me of all this. I do have to say, I'm not a huge fan of MR, but Wall Town Wonders has me wanting to play it.
you should do one of these videos but with free vr games, also love the content and tutorials, really helpful
Memoreum is one of the coolest looking upcoming games..the way some of them enemies just leap in from another dimension is gonna be intense 😂
hey thank you for adding time stamps!
The new games are interesting, especially Pools VR, but I still dream with the day when I will be able to play Monkey Island or Road Rash in VR (well adapted to the current 3d graphics generation, of course). Only old guys will understand it :)
Road Rash VR would be awesome..I would love to beat people off their motorcycles 😂
I’m getting a quest 3 just for Batman Arkham shadow, hopefully I won’t regret it
@@jasonkarger81 I did same years ago for RE4 VR with Quest 2. One of my 5 best VR games yet.

Great video as always Beardo!Greetings from an italian fan!
Awesome video! You’ve got to check out Freeland VR, where you can explore entire planets. It’s such a cool feature. Their trailer is a must-watch!
Wow we finally have a “Callisto Protocol like” vr game 😮
I want a Pitfall update. Jumping quicksand and crocodiles. Or a tomb game where you have to make it through the traps to get the treasure.
These are all looking amazing, I am also very excited for Freeland which releases on the 19th September too
I’ve never even messed with anything mixed reality on my Quest 3 yet..I may start with Wall Town Wonders,it looks interesting

Some of these are very exciting.

Into black looks more like subnautica vr if anything just more darker making it creepier into black looks like it'll be a great vr title
Memoreum!!!!
Really looking forward to All on Board
Last stand sounds interesting
into black already looks better than DRG

Dont forget Freeland VR launches next week on the 19th.

i think thats sorta what its meant to look like
anyone know when co-op is coming to green hell? i swear they said its coming out this year but I havent seen any updates as to the launch of co-op.
I love your beard, can I take it
i just watch to see what games are coming up then continue to sit in vrchat
ember souls looks pretty asset flipped
Saving for the big 3, aliens is a no go for me
The two games inspired by dead space look too colourful to be scary.
will ember souls have open areas?
crazy how metroid prime has better graphics than most vr titles.
Any news on train sim vr at all?
I'm surprised they haven't made deep rock galactic in vr yet😩😩
I'm not sure if the release window hasn't been updated, but All on Board says Winter 2025!
I dont get why the backrooms are so scary to this generation. There is nothing scary to me about tile walls and pools.
Will Memoreum release on SteamVR?
yes
Memoreum top........

Normally I would disagree because of the quest 3s price but now that the quest 3S has been leaked and it’s price is just 299, I totally agree
Into the radius is the best and most fleshed out game on this list
"Metamorphosis was originally released as a flat game 4 years ago"
Franz Kafka: 😡
Everytime someone mentions metamorphosis Kaiju #8 comes to mind.
I dear you to play kill it with fire vr… do it
I'm curious, what are these "big 4" releases coming in the next 3 months? This sounds very interesting
Alien Rogue Incursion, Batman Arkham Shadow, Metro Awakening and Behemoth
niceeeeeee
I swear I've heard imbeciles instead of Ember Soul.
Floating hands just feel SO off.
Did he just smoke pot in vr
Yuck, I donrt think I want to play as a cockroach but the game looks intriguing!
anyone playing hitman lately?
no?
ok...
👍👍👍👍🕹🕹

Into the radius is so over rated! For me the controls just don’t feel right and the missions are repetitive

How did you not expect human fall flat to get a vr port? It was one of the first games I thought would get it!
why isnt there a dead space vr? clearly these people have copied it but there is a dead space shooter on wii.
