Laputa: Castle in the sky - Piano/Violin cover (by a beginner violinist)

More or less a month ago, a friend of mine gave me a 3/4 violin, that she used to play when she was a child.
I immediately started to strum it, but obviously, in one month, the sound is not what I expected at first (especially with a smaller violin). However the sound is in tune enough to play a simple melody :)
So, why not play a cover?
I decided to play my piano/violin version of the main theme of film "Laputa: Castle in the sky", music by my favourite contemporary composer Joe Hisaishi, who has always given me a lot of inspiration with his wonderful soundtracks for maestro Miyazaki's films
Circa un mesetto fa, un'amica mi ha regalato un violino 3/4 che usava da piccola e che ora non usa più.
Da subito ho cominciato a strimpellarlo, ma ovviamente, in meno di un mese, il suono che produco non è esattamente quello che speravo all'inizio (soprattutto con un violino più piccolo del normale). Tuttavia è un suono "abbastanza intonato" per poter suonare delle semplici melodie :)
E quindi, perché non provare già a fare una cover?
Ho quindi deciso di suonare una mia versione piano/violino del tema principale del film "Laputa: Castle in the sky", musica del mio compositore contemporaneo preferito Joe Hisaishi, che da sempre mi regala tantissima ispirazione con le sue stupende colonne sonore per i film del maestro Miyazaki
