I'm always looking for the perfect soundtrack, for everything that surrounds me.
I tell my experiences, what inspires me and what captures me, through sounds.
I would like to collect emotions and be able to release them, by telling them through music, so as to excite...

Aria - Ambient Music in the garden 🍃🎐
To inaugurate the new Befaco case, I decided to put it to the test right away in the grass. I'm experimenting with a new modular setup that includes piano samples (via the Disting EX), strings, and loops (handled by the Bitbox). The modules that are giving me the most satisfaction are the Bitbox and the Hermod+ sequencer. In addition to the samples looped via touchscreen, I've created two multisample string libraries (by Spitfire) over the past few weeks, which, when loaded into the Bitbox, allow me to play chords.

Insanity (Orchestral Version)

Insanity is my first vocal track production. I wanted to recreate a movie vibe based on the melodic idea of the singer. We are in the 50's, in a typically nostalgic scene in a theatre. There are classical instruments such as a string orchestra and an ensemble of brass combined with rock sounds coming from drums, bass and electric guitar... Then, finally, in the spotlight at the centre of the st...
Laputa: Castle in the sky - Piano/Violin cover (by a beginner violinist)
Просмотров 4274 года назад
More or less a month ago, a friend of mine gave me a 3/4 violin, that she used to play when she was a child. I immediately started to strum it, but obviously, in one month, the sound is not what I expected at first (especially with a smaller violin). However the sound is in tune enough to play a simple melody :) So, why not play a cover? I decided to play my piano/violin version of the main the...

Hello, this sound so much better than all the commercial spring reverbs actually.❤
Wow!! Bravísimo!! 😍😍😍
Grazieee :)
very nice!
Lovely
Testing out the new Befaco case in the grass... really cool idea. The combination of piano samples, strings, and loops... so versatile. The Bitbox and Hermod+ sequencer... clearly stand out in this setup. The multisample string libraries... a nice touch. It’s great to see how everything’s coming together. Keep pushing the boundaries... looking forward to hearing more!
Thank you very much! I really appreciate :) I've been searching for my ideal setup for a long time, and I think I've finally found it (or I hope I’m on the right track 😊). As a composer, I'm very attached to the sounds of soundtracks, particularly strings and piano. I also really like the sounds of nature, such as birdsong, water, and rain, which I love to use as background.
Bellissima atmosfera e video veramente ben realizzato, complimenti!
Grazie mille! :)
That’s Empi
nice ! does the lengh of the bolts influence the sound?
just take an electric guitar connected to overloaded amp and sctratch its strings, it's gonna be not worse than that
That’s beautiful 🙂
That is amazing! How muck does it cost to build one? Thanks and happy new year!
Happy new year! Thank you so much :) More or less it's cost me about 20€. The most expensive parts probably are the contact microphones inside the box, the rest are woods, rods, screws and springs, so very cheap :)
@@marcoadobaticomposer Thanks! That's amazing!
Nice, thanks for the inspiration!
Nice! What is playing piano sample?
Thank you! Piano samples come from Disting EX by Expert Sleepers :)
Very nice
Thank you! :)
Really enjoyed this
Thank you so much :)
Yo that was cool, i dont care what other people says, that was very much enjoyable to watch
Sounds great but looks like you also need an expensive reverb/delay unit to actually get anything decent from it.
beautiful , just magic
Thank you so much! :)
awesome sounds my friend!!!
Impressive! Nice work Marco!
Thank you for sharing! This is beautiful and brilliantly executed! I need to make something like this. Sadly, I found your inspiration at 4AM! 😮
Thank you so much! :)
Don't forget your rubber band for your next gig.
too much hype on your mixer, your Taishokoto is just for display, theres no music on it..just synth music..try to play it maybe you'll get more viewers
he plays those slow drones on Taishokoto... lead melody is from eurorack. I have Taishokoto and I can understand why he does this in this way: it's hard to play fast on Taishokoto unless you really master it.
that music is perfect for those fingernails
As I listen to this (twice) this is what I wrote in my journal. You have me thinking about building a nice box with a wooden lid, as a base. Build a second box with a steel sheet as it’s top and open on bottom. Spend the open box over the wooden bow with a stout neck. Run 10 bass guitar strings from the steel plate to tuners on the wooden box. Tune then from low A to High A like you would a bass guitar. Repeat this with Weed eater string. And add springs of different sizes and weights. You could play it with rubber mallets, finger pick it or use a bow on it. Thank you for setting my mind free.
Thank you so much! It almost seems like you want to create a new chordophone! Your idea intrigued me, hope you will share on YB the final results :)
@@marcoadobaticomposer Thank you A chordophone.... I have so much to learn but thank you for some direction. All I have to make videos ,but I will.
very cool functionality- brilliant design .hats off pal

Great work! Love it.
Thank you so much! :)
I have the exact same taishogoto. I also have an all electric one. Never seen anyone use a bow before on one. Pretty cool my dude.
Wow, placed me at ease as soon as I hit "play". Great job with the setup and music. Are you using the KSP for sequencing all ?
Thank you so much! Yes, the project is sequenced by keystep pro :)
@@marcoadobaticomposer Thank you! Good to know, have to put my KSP to use more
Bello una ottima idea x deep ambient Bravo....
Grazie mille! :)
Nice! I like it, where are the beats coming from?
The drums come from pico drums :)
I like it! syntakt doing only drums here? bass from vermona? and whats that interesting thing in the upper right corner (above your modular)
Thank you so much! Syntakt is playing drums, but also a soft pad and the bells. Yeah, the bass and other 2 voices come from Vermona :) It's a taishōgoto (or Nagoya harp)! A Japanese string instrument that I love to put in a granular synthesizer
clean and fulfilling
Thank you so much:)
awesome - what mixing equipment do you need?
Very well executed Marco. Love the modular touch. Can I ask what string you're using with the plastic "bridge" you're sliding back and forth? And regarding the bridge, can you tell me what key word I might use for a Google search to locate one? Thanks
Thank you so much Erik. It's a regular guitar string (a few days before I broke it haha). As for the bridge, it is made by me with wood :) Simply it is a plywood (5mm) cut like a violin bridge, lightened by some holes :) Finally i also waxed the wooden surface of the spring box, so "sliding the bridge" it's easier :)
@@marcoadobaticomposer Great stuff, Marco. Thanks for the detailed response. Much appreciated

Thanks for this. I really appreciate it
molto interessante!!come amplifichi la scatola?
Grazie mille! Si utilizzo il K&K Pure Preamp
Wow Marco veramente stupendo! Sto cercando di costruire qualcosa di simile e questo video è di grande ispirazione! Grazie 👍👍
Sounds, and looks amazing. Do you use a preamp for the piezo, or do pedals/ effects units do the same thing? I bought a 3 spring piezo instrument on etsy, and now I'm curious about how to make similar instruments myself.
Yes, i use the K&K Pure Preamp :)
Heck yeah!!
Stupendo.

@@marcoadobaticomposer amazing sound and beautiful craftsmanship.
important question: is building something like this hard? i would like to make one for my atmo metal project.
Don't worry man, it's very easy! You need only a box (better if in wood), some screws and springs, and obviously piezoelectric microphones to put inside :)
grat ambiente, i have the feeling to be in a dramland !!
do you like the argon8? i want buy them soon
Ow thank you man! Yeah I love it, for the price it's a very nice maschine! :) If you can afford to increase your budget, you could consider also the hydrasynth desktop! There are lots of video on RUclips! That synth is a monster ahah
