I'm getting more and more into running, as I'm active duty military and find my running skills lacking compared to my fellow airmen. Love the content man!
Was listening to this on my drive to work and I thought I heard you say the invincibles are stability shoes? They are really wobbly and destroyed my ankles idk ab that one
What are your thoughts on running in minimalist shoes? One side says its the bees knees, good to prevent injuries and good for form.. the otherside basically saying humans weren't designed to run on concrete and asphalt. What do you think?
