Why Buddhist canteen never made more standard like banquet room. Hall seems too narrow for 10,000 people. Our temple will have set dishes for every table of 8 pax seats. Dishes Set for each tables include: 1. Stir Fried Beehoon 2. Stir Fried Yee Mee 3. Curry Vegetables with taufu bok 4. Vegetarian Fish with sweet & sour Thai sauce with chopped parsley 5. Mix Vegetarian (soy products) 6. Red Bean Soup with dry longan & purple sweet potatoes (diced bite size), sago and ice (optional) 7. Outside Counter: Cordial Orange with (Ice cubes) or cold soy bean drink & cups provided. Cook these way, chef only manage 7 big batches dishes for all standard serving tables. Unfinished dish will be given plastic packs to take home. No left over.
