    Regarding a comment that this is not art:
    This form of art is studied and practiced around the world. This is an example of fluid art demonstrating a technique of paint pouring. There is more that goes into a pour than meets the eye, whether it is a simple or a complex method. Some people may not understand what goes into creating fluid art or simply may not care for this particular style of art. Naturally, beauty is in the eyes of the beholder, but don't be mistaken and dismiss fluid art as a recognized form of art. As for me, I love this bright, beautiful pour!

    Nice.😊 Pouring doesn't always take long. It's mixing up the paint. Can be a kind of a chore. 🙄

    Why do my colors mix when poured together? Is there a particular ratio of each color?

    How did he get the paint to be so shiny?

    • @jonathanpidock5599
      @jonathanpidock5599 7 месяцев назад +2

      He put a clear topcoat over the paint after it was dry. Then buffed it to shine. He didn’t show that process because it would take to long. Drying is process that can take days or longer depending how many coats you put on it. It’s basically what they do to car and guitar finishes to protect them. there is also acrylic lacquer as well as a number of other products you can use as a clear topcoat. Shellac can be used as a topcoat but it probably won’t be clear or offer as much protection as what he used. Polyurethane is also a popular and cheap topcoat. Nitrocellulose is only used on really expensive guitars but it is the easiest to work with. Highly toxic though. Wear a mask when spraying.

      I sealed the picture with epoxy resin, then it shines as if it were behind glass.

    • @chaniefeldmanLevin
      @chaniefeldmanLevin 7 месяцев назад +1

      @TiktuscolorArt so you mix the epoxy resin in the paint or after you paint?

    • @jonathanpidock5599
      @jonathanpidock5599 7 месяцев назад +1

      He is saying he basically adds a clear topcoat after the paint dries. In this instance he uses epoxy but there is also acrylic lacquer as well as many others
