- Oh Hello! Welcome back to Richard Vlogs Disney! Welcome to the third vlog of our cruise the the beautiful Disney Fantasy and our port days in Grand Cayman and Falmouth, Jamaica. No port adventures in these ports so we make use of an emptier ship and disembark later than the crowds. We explore the area around the ports in both destinations and end up on a bit of an (unfilmed) adventure. Our day in Jamaica was also Pirate Night so its time for some more Fireworks at Sea! We are on our second rotation around all the restaurants now and we got to experience the better Animator's Palette show with Animation Magic! We drew our characters and watched them come to life on the big screens! We're having the best time on the Disney Fantasy and as always Disney Cruise Line is beating all of our expectations! We hope you enjoy and see you next week for Pixar Day at Sea!

Love seeing everyone seems to be on a Disney cruise at the moment. But loving it and seeing everyone have a great time. And absolutely agree with you that the ship was also at the destination.
It really is! The ships are amazing and so full of things to see and do, no shame in cruising just to enjoy the ship!

I hear of Jamaica having safety warnings…I would have been concerned to go off with an unofficial “tour guide”🤷🏻♀️ did you then feel obligated to pay him, how much?

Parts of Jamaica can be dangerous, like everywhere you should be aware of your surroundings and if you’re uncomfortable then the port area is large and gated. But maybe I didn’t explain it well. Toney was an official tour guide, in uniform and was one of many who were showing people around. Where we met him was well patrolled by local police, all of whom he knew 😂 so we didn’t feel like he was dangerous at all.
As for payment, the tour was “free” but we paid for the tour because we had such a good time, and like many other things we believe in compensating those that provide us great experiences, which Toney did! We also made a donation to the school we went to.

Do you or Roberta have trouble getting your land legs back? If so, any tips?
Only once, took me about 4/5 days to not get the odd moment of movement when there was none. But this cruise absolutely nothing, and it was the longest cruise we’ve done. So no tips im afraid.
