You had your answers already. Global do not follow KR's order of hero releases. This is not the first time bruh and this will not be the last. I like the lore but since you can always look it up in KR server, i don't see any sense for Global to give massive weight to this over the players demands.
@@laxusdreyar8518 well I know I played since 2016, what I meant is It wouldn't be useful. I have got him many times during my play but never bother ranking him up. Yes you can mytawaken him with 1 copy but he wont be usefull and wont be using his full potential. I mean lvl 44 you will be able to unlock all exclusive items make him useable. At lvl 50 he can unlock fighter souls skills which are really important.

You don't need more than 1 copy of him to myth awaken. You just need gold and a lot of 6* heroes.
