    I don't think reluctance to delegate is always about control issues. It can also be because you actually love doing the thing. Delegation makes sense if you care about the "result", but if your source of satisfaction is actually from the doing, not from the result, there's no way you can delegate that.

      Actually all joking aside, this man is a fantastic speaker and makes excellent points. Take care of yourself first; once you've got your house in order, that spread the wealth of knowledge to others.
