I would agree. Just remember new home still has some expenses you need to cover. Appliances often, but certainly blinds and if it’s single family landscaping can cost a lot.
Blinds for sure! Most of them are coming with appliances now though. That was mostly during Covid when there were a bunch of supply chain issues and they were having trouble getting them here on time. You probably will have to buy your own washer and dryer though still.
