I feel the tenpai might be the best one with 3 dora dora and maybe 2-3 genroku, tho the dragonmaid variant is also pretty good, the worst for me is by far the fiendsmith one
honestly i find that amorphages are the best option for the new dragon rulers, can be discarded with dragon rulers, can be added with the xyz, can be sent and reborn with the xyz, can spell/monster/extra deck lock, ive gone 10-0 in a row with them
Dragunity is kinda trash though. It dies to every handtrap and usually one is enough, it has unnecessary long combos, and you can just play other better dragon decks. It reminds me of DDD before gryphon except DDD had a bigger fanbase because anime. I love the concept of the deck though, but you just can't really make a solid deck out of it.
been testing Blue eyes with DR. its pretty good finding the best ratio. rn i have 2 of each ruler, 1 small fire, 3 of the new main deck ruler and 1 of each extra deck. pretty nutty.

Deck can play through quite a bit of hts, with coupled with tenpai I think that might the strongest variant

Dragon piles deck become literally gods when their Spector didn't get hand trapped.
Im so sad people forgot about the dragunity engine to use with dragon rulers.
