the egg hatching collection is a problem for most free playing people !! you have one incubator and have to hatch 4 x 7km egg in 3 days ..... and there is no guarantee that 4 eggs would be enough for 4 different mons 🤷♀if they would at least make a half hatch distance ....
The issue with the egg challenge is that it's not walking weather everywhere in the world, and when you constantly get 5k or 10k eggs instead of the event 2k.. that's what sucks. Stops should ONLY give 2k eggs for events like this. But you're right, it is free.
The event egg is a 7k egg though? Idk what you're complaining about
Yeah idk why I thought they were 2k.. but 7k is even worse to hatch with a single free incubator.
@@NaveSutlef yeah that's true but in the event duration its possible. I'm not doing it since idc about the pokemon in the eggs but its not like you have to pay to get it.
It’s definitely doable, but harder than it needs to be. Most people are probably only hatching 1 egg a day.. and with the chance of duplicates it gets rough.

I didn't bother with the hatching. I'm saving my incubators for the Sinnoh Go day when the regional Pokemon are available to hatch. Just want to get all my eggs storage to 2km only so I can clear them out and get the event eggs asap when it comes around

3.5 days is nowhere near enough time to hatch 4x 7km eggs with one incubator. How much walking do you seriously expect people to do over 1 weekend as most people other than content creators have jobs that don't involve playing the game, so really it's only Saturday, Sunday assuming you work mon-fri. Even best case with 2 incubators that's 7k per day and that's assuming you get all 4 unique hatches in only 4 eggs. It's a poor move by Niantic this should be a special research for the hatch tasks

I can recommend generation 9 fairy type Pokemon, Fidough and evolution Dachsbun debut during this Dazzling Gleam event which full of fairy type Pokemon in the wild but Niantic don't plan to do it.
This fairy event is going really well for me, caught shinny Cutiefly (1.13 before i even realized it was new shinny) then caught shiny Snubbull and Dedenne (1.15)...
I did notice it with a wobbufet yesterday I thought I was just crazy haha
After hearing your perspective on the egg hatch challenge I feel my opinion slightly swayed. I have quite a few of these shinies already so I really hope to get Marill, Cottonee & Dedenne 🤞🏼
That explains why my latest combee check was male but showed female on the map. Now, on the complaints with the event. I understand 7km per egg when you're not guaranteed to get them all in 1 go. I personally decided to avoid doing it since I dislike hatching eggs. I was actually surprised I was able to put my 1 and only xerneas into a showcase. I think that was cool personally.
The hatch challenge wouldn't be a big deal if my state wasn't covered in ice for the last 3 days. Also a simi-free to play play(get passes when I can) I couldn't even do the raid day was unsafe to walk to my car which is 10ft from my front door,let alone dive to any raids. I know it just me but I hope they do a make up raid day. I know they won't but one could hope
I caught a shiny combee in the wild on January 3rd. Not sure what it was beforehand but it was a female that I evolved
Hisuian Liligants should be plan debut in this season by mean raid day. Hisuian Liligants raid day on weekend battle week Saturday and Sunday, 20th January 2024 or 21January 2024.
I got 21 shinies so far this year I caught 6 polygon during that event and evolved a shiny annihilape

I had spot 1 with a Xerneas and then some one kicked my tail to 2nd with a Gardevoir

I know Niantic haven't helped themselves in the last year with a lot of screw ups and stupid moves, but these stupid things just keep happening and seem to be more frequent. Hope the game picks up again with the Sinnoh tour, it's my favourite gen duo im looking forward to it.

On an infinity incubator, we have to walk 28km in 3.5 days?
I know its insane you either have to store incubators and buy them or grind as hard as you can to walk 28 km

Got 5 swirlix shiny in 2 days. 😮 cutiefly is a waste. Incredibly high odds for a shiny and they say more chance for a shiny out of 7km hatches. But I only got 1 egg for 3 days and no cutiefly hatch. They should have highered the amount of gifts to open to 40 and 2km and 7km hatchable. Waste of time. Niantic is money hungry and it's noticeable in 2024 with all the new so called bugs and forgotten shiny switches they lost me on remote raid buys due to tornadous. 30 raids no shiny even after the fix. And they never compensated me for the waste of time nor even replied. They just closed the conversation
