just got the c5l phone in today n try learn how set it up please me try follow the intrduction i dont know what i doing or what i did wrong n having trouble with it..
entouch wireless is gonna send me this phone for free in da mail cuz i am low income n on medicaid. I already got an email confirming its coming by next tuesday, but i wonder if the one they sending me is gonna be like this one with 3 gigs of ram and if its gonna include a screen protector n clear case like yours did. It dont say any of that stuff in the email , it just says they sending me the blu c5l max and thats it, it dont give out any info about the phones specs and whats gonna be included inside the box.
The Blu c5L is not good as it is advertised,it consumes too much battery power,even though I try to power it down and not to download too know apps,it still consumes too much battery power. I don't know what to say,I would give a one star rating for the phone and the hotspot kicks off.
I got a brand new free one today in my mail I can't figure out how to insert the battery everything is still in the plastic it came with a cellphone case on it
I don't know if I'm too late, but in case if I'm not, it's a dented line on the left bottom corner, place your finger underneath it to carefully pry the case from the back of the phone.
I have a blu smart phone c5l max phone and I like it

I didn't see where to insert the sim card in this video. Do you have to remove the back cover? Is this phone unlocked? I saw one on ebay.
Back cover is difficult to remove, yes SIM card can be inserted by removing the back cover. GOOD LUCK! 😁
