    In this video, I will share with you how made a Multifunction energy meter by an Arduino Pro Micro and Current sensor INA 219. The device can be used to measure the following 6 parameters
    * Voltage
    * Current
    * Power
    * Energy
    * Capacity
    * Temperature

    Maybe you could expand this to monitor every solar panel on a rooftop, and use a wifi connection to transmit the data to a phone application. Also, a battery charging circuit would be useful.

    Interesting project, it seems very similar to GreatScott's energy meter. One question, what is the purpose of the temperature sensor? Just to see the ambient temperature? At first I thought that the readings were off, but you are from India, right? Pretty hot right now there :) Keep up the good work.

      You are correct, temperature sensor is for ambient temperature. I am from India.

    hi, interested to know how to measure AC power in KW and energy consumed in KWH. for load upto 16A. I see many just use current transformer alone. but for AC power need to know actual voltage and power factor to get accurate power reading

      I will make a video on AC power measurement in future. Keep in touch

    Good work. I am trying to monitor my 12v valence batteries that has 4 module in series at 3.65v each which is = 14.6v. Since these batteries have an internal bms, which has an amp connector. How can I monitor each module using arduino, rs485, logic level converter and 4 module relay? Or is there another way? Please help

    how can i build a system and connect 15 samples of MFC (microbial fuel cell) in same time for measuring current (low between 0mA to 3A) and voltage (between 0mV to 800 mV) continuously? I have an oscilloscope, if the system help me to get the reading continuously from the oscilloscope or independently measure them, both way is good for me. Please someone help me..

    • @opengreenenergy
      @opengreenenergy  3 года назад +1

      Technically yes.
      But acs712 is only measures current, to measure voltage you have make additional circuitry.
      The code will not work , you have to modify the code too.
