Damn good looking movie. Hits pretty close. If I had a chance to go back and prevent my mom from dying at the risk of time continuum, wouldn't take it. The time I had, nobody can take that away from me. Nobody.

Judy Greer and Edi Gathegi are so underrated, so this has appeal just because of the two of them together.
And yet, it's a terrible movie. I laughed at it for almost an hour before turning it off. It's SO BAD hahaha

This movie kept my interest I kept thinking about the wife she should’ve counted her blessings but she kept trying to correct her wrongs and it backfired.
I know it’s just a movie but when she opened the door I needed to know. Ugh
That was really the weakest plot point, IMO. If the drunk driver didn't die, then his wife would have gone bankrupt, anyway, because he was the bread winner and his legal fees would have bankrupted them in the end. I know the movie tries to suggest in the revised timeline he never started drinking, but that's almost a neglible consideration. They didn't need to revise the timeline to prevent her previous financial losses connected to a shady investor, because she would have been financially devastated without the timeline change. Just twice instead of once. (Of course the time machine was a surreal literary device, but I'm taking it for granted as integral to the plot)

Hearing the left and right making everything this it that and complaining had gotten tired to the rest of sane people. I’ve seen people complain about and say something’s woke when it’s not. You people can’t even tell the difference anymore.
I think what they’re trying to insinuate is that a lot of films, mostly new ones - have made race so important that every couple seems to be an interracial couple or have a diverse ethnic cast. Not because they’re great actors, because of the colour of their skin. Which I would call racist!
