It would be a cool concept to have police sim, ambulance life and firefighter simulator combined into one game with multiplayer where anyone can join and work together in the city to clear accidents and respond to calls. 🤔 Like M5 or LSPDFR for GTAV.
I’ve been a paramedic for 18 years currently I’m a ems supervisor and ems instructor teaching both paramedics and EMTs in the field as well as a class room I hold instructor certification for both ACLS and BLS/CPR with the American heart association. I still work on a medic unit in the field. If you need any assistance in making this game be as accurate to real life as possible, I’m willing to give some perspective into the job and how we really treat patients, that’s with hands on patient care the procedures we do the drugs we carry and even the dynamics of what it’s like working in a truck with a partner all day. I’m personally tired of seeing people get it wrong and I want to see someone actually do it right.
WTF? I thought the gameplay was going to be similar to PS:PO but not at all! Age limit of 18: gory scenes, burned bodies, nudity, decapitated bodies... you seem to have set the bar very high! It is the fruit of 3 years of development which is coming to fruition and to us, I hope that the release date of the title is still planned for 2024, and that we will have gameplay footage in the coming weeks I hope to see a nice next-gen game and a significant AI improvement compared to the police game. I hope to be able to regulate traffic like in PS:PO with cones and barriers, and hand gestures. Can't wait for the release team❤
Im hoping to see detailed game mechanics that can be looked up in a emt or paramedic text book, for example having to differentiate what kind of burn injuries you see and having to decide how to treat them based on the severity. This game couldn't have been announced at a better time. I was taking an emt course and had thought "what if somebody made a game based off all this information I'm learning" a few weeks later paramedic simulator gets announced 😂 also hoping this game will help me with the library of decision making ill have to do irl
As a paramedic of 20 years, will I enjoy this? If y’all need a consultant, let me know. I have more stories than the Burj Khalifa in Dubai….40% of the patients didn’t make it? Challenge accepted!
Hi guys, that sounds really cool, I'm really looking forward to the game. I have another question about Ambulance Life. Will there be missions in the game where the paramedic team has to wear protective clothing because of the risk of infection such as viral diseases, bacterial diseases, etc.? Or because of dangerous leaking substances? 😉
Ambulance Life: A Paramedic Simulator was designed from the ground up as a visceral and comprehensive single-player experience. We know this is disappointing for some folks, but this was our vision for the game from the very beginning! Single player done right we think!
This game would have been much better with realistic, simulation-based gameplay instead of the arcade-like style it currently has. We already have plenty of casual ambulance games, and drifting around the city in an ambulance or jumping into fires isn't what I expect from a game labeled as a "Simulator." It seems like the developers misunderstood the concept of a simulator. A simulator is supposed to provide a realistic imitation of the controls and operations of a vehicle, aircraft, or other complex systems, often for training purposes. Yet, your game doesn't align with this definition. You’ve mentioned that the game would be boring without the arcade elements, but I strongly disagree. I'm confident that there is an audience looking for a true Ambulance Simulator, not an arcade game disguised as one. I understand that creating a realistic simulator is a challenging task, but if you choose to go the arcade route, please don’t advertise it as a simulator. Alternatively, consider investing in a team capable of delivering a genuine ambulance simulation experience.
As a retired paramedic from the LAFD, I am looking forward to this game.

That would be WILD but PS:PO and AL:PS were built so far apart they just wouldn't be compatible!
