    I've been thinking about this variation for some time and you posted this video! I need to do this variation because everything working in this move is lacking in my top roll. I don't have a pulley system yet, but I've been thinking of having one made and this adjustable one you use all the time seems to be great.

    Coach Sandris Šedis. Ko tu domā par Edvīns Sveilis kā armwrestleri? Džeks mani ieveda Armwrestling pasaulē. Iemācīja daudz ko. Viņam būtu iespēja kandidēt pret citiem valsts džekim. ?

    Hello Sandris you looking great man, i have a question, i am training fingers 5 days a week, 2 exercises of 5 sets each after whatever workout im doing that day, one exercise is static holds and the other is dynamic, is this going overboard with the finger training?

    •  2 месяца назад +1

      @@BambaGanza yea why 5 times just do 1-2 times per week 3-5 exercises per workout

    • @BambaGanza
      @BambaGanza 2 месяца назад

      I did it because i saw Coach Ray advocate training fingers that way in one of his shorts and i also saw a training interview of Levan with some Olympic Lifting Russian guy that the Georgian team are pumping fingers in the end of every workout.

    • @joymukherjee2453

      Not actually the left, but just the non-dominant arm or, hand. I have had my right injured for a long time now and my non-dominant is my right.😂😂

    • @AW.Experiment
      @AW.Experiment 2 месяца назад

      @@joymukherjee2453 yeah, what I meant was the other hand, the non-dominant one. Maybe relative lack of activity, and less "mind-muscle connection", which results in more crude fights

      @@AW.Experiment Yes, absolutely correct! I'm having the exact same issue as Sandris is having on his left arm. I just can't simply drive sideways through my opponent on the right, the side pressure doesn't just come up..and the elbow is also fucked...😂

    if you are interested in a set up with unlimited safe resistance, let me know. Non Newtonian fluids are the future or strength training.

      instead of liking your own comment, be open to new ideas that could help you reach new levels.
      just stick your weights in the fluid... then pull them out. non Newtonian resistance is what arm-wrestling is.
      Force = increases stability. The stronger you are, the stronger the fluid will be. Just like a real opponent. sorta
