Dr. Orloff is a beautiful woman. Her spirit and soul radiates the love that is obvious for all to see. I must say it is hard to fathom that some souls need to comment on her hair, but it enlightens me greatly that so many are where they are, on their own journey. Suddenly, listening to her and trying to feel without judgment I felt the straight of the feeling as a lot of life energy just confined in a small 'container', full of life nonetheless.

You focus on all the good in your life, every minute, every day. Focus on the positive thoughts. When negative thoughts creep in, you push them out w/all the positive, happy, exciting, good thoughts you can think of...again & again.
Know that there's nothing you can do about these aside from doing YOUR best. Surrender the fear, anger, and worry behind it and I think that'll resolve the issue.
