This song definitely reminds me of one of my favorite C. S. Lewis quotes: "If I find in myself a desire which no experience in this world can satisfy, the most probable explanation is that I was made for another world."
I got to see the movie "The Most Reluctant Convert" in the theater tonight and it was excellent. I appreciated the way they chose to organize all the scenes; it made it a very powerful and moving experience. I had already read "Surprised by Joy" this summer and enjoyed it immensely. This song really hits me as a song about joy, just as he described it in that book.
I found Aslan in the Gray Havens.
I feel though that I belong to an endless spring :) : “Oh, yes! Tell us about Aslan!” said several voices at once; for once again that strange feeling-like the first signs of spring, like good news, had come over them.
I live in western NY, and since this past winter has been so cold, I longed for endless summer. I'm amazed you guys wrote and recorded this song. It's exactly how I feel! I can't wait for Jesus to come and take us home to be with Him in forever summer! 😊👍🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌❤❤🤗
